Easy to set-up, use, and take with you! A great workout!!!
Im 55 and going to a gym is not my style. This tool was super affordable, gives you a great workout, and the padding is just enough to pad your arms. This would be a great gift for anyone wanting the ability to get a workout in from home, on the road, or while on vacation. A must have for Christmas!!

It’s hard to use
I was kind of excited for this product but it’s actually very hard to use for somone like me that doesn’t really work out. I’ve been trying it for about a month and it’s still very hard and I don’t think it really does its job. I don’t feel no type of pain after I’m finished with it
