Initial Impressions are Good
Got it today and it looks good so far. I didn’t see too much bloatware, if any, when setting it up. Screen is bright and sound is reasonable but not great; it is OK for video playback but mediocre for (especially orchestral) music.I found several issues:1) When booting it up it first tried to boot from the network, which didn’t work. I fixed this going into the BIOS settings and removing the boot-from-lan setting.2) Lenovo seems to use only chargers that plug into the USB-C port, leaving only one USB-3 port and one USB-2 port available. I ordered two different models and both had this problem.3) The laptop does not have an SD card reader.4) The included mouse did not work, and even if it did, it seemed flimsy.AMAZON has a number of chargers that should fit into the laptop’s power port, which would fix problem 2. AMAZON also has a number of devices that provide extra USB-3 ports as well as an SD reader, which fixes problems 2 and 3.I will probably update this review after a few months of use.

Runs great, but the battery…
This laptop honestly runs great. I bought this as a replacement for a 6-year-old Acer laptop that had started to simply run too slow for my work.The problem comes from battery. When I have it hooked up to my second monitor, it only last for two hours. Even this wouldn’t be a huge deal, as I practically use this laptop as a desktop. It would be 4 stars if this was the only problem.No, the problem is exacerbated by the charger. The charger is clearly not the one that was originally meant for the laptop when it was first made, as there’s a clear circular hole for a charger to go into. The charger I received with this laptop plugs into the USB-C port.Y’all, the USB-C port is the most important one for me. I need it for my second monitor. So I can’t have the laptop plugged in to charge at the same time that I need to use the second monitor.This is a HUGE design flaw, honestly, and I wish that I had been sent the charger that was originally meant for the laptop instead of this USB-C one that they surely made after the fact. Hence, the 3 stars.

GREAT Laptop at an excellent price
This laptop does everything I bought it for, including some ‘heavy lifting’ in the legal ripping, encoding and editing/reencoding of extremely large video files. Along with other day-to-day applications, such as MS Office, browsing, etc.Great value!
